January Round-Up – And They’re Off!
Are we really into the month of February already? January has been a whirlwind of activity here at Outbound Solutions – it’s true what they say, time flies when you’re working hard and having fun! There have been some fantastic developments for the business this month so there’s a lot to talk about in this round-up. Without further ado, let’s make a start…
Firstly, we’re thrilled to welcome two new clients on board this month – a fantastic London based video production company, and a promotional fulfilment company who are the leading marketing and promotional agency in North England. We can’t wait to get our teeth stuck into their campaigns and invite them to really test our mettle! There’s nothing we enjoy more than proving to our clients what a valuable asset we are to their business.
Just this month, for example, we’ve set up meetings for our clients with the likes of Calor Gas, WH Smith, TAYTO, Brent and Doncaster Council, Bellway Homes, Ginsters, Nottingham University and UCL, and that’s barely the tip of the iceberg.
Next, we’ve got some big news… Outbound Solutions has a new office! Well technically it’s our old office, but it’s now twice the size and looks prettier. It was only logical that with the expansion of our business we needed to expand our place of work to match, so after a little rearranging furniture and a lot of elbow grease we now have a swanky new headquarters. And just in the nick of time too as we’re now delighted to announce that we’ve had three new team members join us this month. A warm welcome to Joe, Nas, and Yerma, we’re excited to have you on the team.
Joe has worked in sales for the last 9 years, he has many years of experience in Financial Services sales and was most recently a senior account manager in the Health & Safety industry. He is the biggest Star Wars geek on the planet, according to himself!
Nas has years’ of sales experience focused primarily in education where he worked in the international market. He comes from a background in market research and is a native Arabic speaker. Born in Cork, Ireland, he’s been in London for about 7 years. Nas loves food and cooking (though we’ve yet to sample any of said cooking, hint hint, Nas…) and he’s big on books and writing.
Yerma has worked in various sales roles in the renewable energy, events, and not for profit sectors. She speaks fluent Spanish and has worked in business development in both London & Barcelona and takes great pride in helping businesses grow.
I think we can all agree that 2017 has kicked off with an interesting start to say the least. The world may feel like an unpredictable place right now, but this month we’ve found that despite this, the market place is positive. The uncertainty of a post-Brexit UK certainly hasn’t slowed down business, in fact we’re busier than ever.
It’s the start of the year, what better time to take a look at how you generate new business? We’d love to help you make 2017 your best year yet, so why not give us a call or drop us an email and find out just what we can do for you…
