Welcome to 2016

2015 has been a big year for Outbound. We’ve rebranded, have a shiny new website, introduced a bespoke CRM to improve our process and moved into a new office, twice! We also have several new business development managers who have added new experience and expertise to our existing strong team.

2015 has also been a hugely successful year for both ourselves and more importantly, our clients. We’ve had some major new business wins for them and helped land some massive brands. For some, they’ve won the biggest contracts in their history thanks to the work we’ve done connecting them both.

We’re always looking at innovative ways in which we can support our tried and tested appointment setting and lead generation methods. 2016 is lining up to be an exciting year. We have new partnerships we’ve forged with some digital lead generation partners. Their services will add even more strings to our bow and we’ll be able to offer a greater range of support, embracing some of the most cutting edge technology which will help our clients grow their businesses even stronger.

Our vision for 2016 is to continue our own growth whilst becoming even better at what we do, embracing new ideas and changes to the industry and incorporating these where appropriate. I’m pleased to launch this blog piece as the first of many on our new website. We take new business for granted as we do it every day, but I appreciate some companies do not, which is essentially why we are here! So, I’ll be updating this with regular posts about our team as well as some insight and thoughts about business development which I hope you’ll find interesting...
